Jena Satchell (re)joins the IronRoad family (formerly HumaCare) as Vice President of Business Development & Growth where her focus will be on the professional growth of our people, the innovation of products/services to benefit our clients and enhance the employee experience, and to drive revenue and results.

Jena is passionate about exceeding the expectations of both internal and external clients as illustrated by her successful career.   As an entrepreneur (founding two successful businesses), a leader in several employee-centric organizations and especially as an experienced PEO professional and client, she’ll drive business outcomes by inspiring excellence in a way that empowers others to excel, educating others, and building relationships with partners and clients that will result in high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Jena, along with her husband of more than 20 years and their college-aged son, enjoy travel and professional sports.  She is an avid DIY-er with a tool collection nearly as impressive as Bob Vila’s.  IronRoad is thrilled to welcome Jena, and her expertise, back after fifteen years.
