Tom leads IronRoad’s Sales Operations. He has transformed the internal sales model to provide superior service and build long term relationships while growing the business. He is a strong  customer focused negotiator, while understanding the dynamics of the entire business. 

During Tom’s five-year tenure with IronRoad he has helped increase revenue from client Administration fees each year and drive payroll by more than 40% from 2016 to 2017. This accomplishment is despite Tom being in a completely new industry where he had to quickly learn the complexities of the administrative and non-profit generating duties of every business and how to sell the PEO Model. 

He is a seasoned sales professional with a record high level sales and sales management history and performance. Building on proven sucess in leading and developing teams to achieve goals. Tom brings with him a wealth of Sales experience and company growth having been promoted consistently in positions of sales and marketing and managing a global sales force and customer service group during his more than  years in Sales.
