My passion for helping people is at the heart of everything I do. With over 15 years of experience across multiple industries, I’ve come to believe that payroll is a vital function that requires both precision and care. I see a well-run payroll department as a pillar of business operations, contributing not only to employee satisfaction but also to the company’s integrity and long-term financial success.
My personal philosophy is that people are the greatest asset of any business, and that trust is the foundation of those relationships. Ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time isn’t just a responsibility—it’s a fundamental part of building that trust and demonstrating that we truly place people first. This commitment to excellence and expertise is why I recently earned the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
I’m a proud Michigander and Central Michigan University alum. When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me traveling or enjoying time with my family.
