VP of HR
Francesca brings a strong background in marketing, management, and human resources to her role as HR Principal at IronRoad. She holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from Penn State and is SHRM-SCP certified.
Since joining IronRoad in April 2019 as an HR Account Manager, Francesca has grown with the company, stepping into the HR Principal role in 2022 and joining the leadership team in 2025.
She now leads the HR team, working directly with clients to support all aspects of their HR needs — from compliance and employee relations to organizational development and culture. Known for building strong client relationships, Francesca ensures that clients always have approachable, practical, and tailored HR support just a phone call or email away.
Outside of work, Francesca lives just outside of Pittsburgh with her husband and daughter. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting local breweries, reading, and using crafting as a creative outlet to unwind.
