Director of Benefits & Employee Engagement
Jesse has had always had a strong desire for serving, which is a cornerstone reason behind his nearly decade long tenure at IronRoad. His alignment with IronRoad’s core value of “people first” is what drives his passion of delivering an excellent customer and employee experience. Since joining IronRoad in the Summer of 2016 as an HR Assistant, Jesse has developed into a director position within the benefits department and the IronRoad Engagement Initiative. His philosophy is “We’re here at work for the majority of our hours through the week, we may as well enjoy ourselves while we’re here”.
Jesse’s educational background is in Psychology, with a Bachelor’s in Science degree from Georgetown College and his Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Xavier University. In addition, he has achieved his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, which is an advanced professional certification that combines Lean principles with large-scale complex processes.
Outside of work, Jesse loves spending time with his (very) energetic 4-year-old and his wonderful wife, trying to watch as many movies at the theater as humanly possible, being a happy Kentucky basketball fan and a (very) sad Kentucky football fan.
