EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Whitney Kallgren, in alignment with our company culture, strives to be a servant leader and enjoys working in a team-based environment. As a former athlete, she loves taking the disciplines she learned on the court and implementing them into her professional career. She is loyal to her customers and team, which is proven by her taking on increasing responsibility throughout her employment at IronRoad.
Whitney joined the IronRoad, formerly HUMACare, family in November of 2009. She was originally hired as a human resource assistant. As she began to understand the PEO model, she desired to learn and become ingrained in more aspects of the business. She worked as a sales analyst, in the workers compensation department, but soon found her passion was in the benefits department. In the fall of 2016, she was asked to oversee and build the benefits team. She has found a group of individuals that are like minded in their servant leadership. The investment in her current team has created a collaborative and customer driven service approach.
Whitney and the benefits department oversee a healthcare pool with thousands of lives. They manage the benefits for a diverse group of clients from their medical and dental, to all the ancillary products. Considering the complexities of managing a variety of clients and their specific products, all while striving to meet or exceed excellent customer service, the benefits department moves at a fast pace. Knowing that employees are being assisted properly in an area of great importance to their families makes the job very fulfilling.
Whitney graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
